Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, November 9) — Several banks and offices will be open during the 31st Association of Southeast Asian Nation Summit from November 13 to 15.

President Rodrigo Duterte earlier declared those dates as special non-working holidays in Metro Manila, Bulacan, and Pampanga.

Banco de Oro's mall and non mall-based branches will operate on regular banking hours on said dates, except for Roxas Boulevard - Salas Branch in Pasay City which will be closed on November 13, and EDSA-POEA Branch in Mandaluyong which will be closed November 13 to 15.

Security Bank branches for Aseana City, Roxas Boulevard, and Pasay Macapagal Avenue branches will be open on November 13. But for November 14 and 15, bank customers are advised to check the branches that are open those days on the Security Bank website.

Landbank branches in the National Capital Region, Bulacan, and Pampanga will be open November 13 to 15. Landbank ATMs will also be available for bank transactions. Landbank customers can check their website for branches open during the break.

All PSBank branches will be open during the week of the Summit. Over 600 PSBank ATMs will be online. Their internet banking facilities, PSBank Mobile and PSBank Online, will also be available.

Some government offices have announced work schedules during the summit.

The United States Embassy in Manila, along with its affiliate offices, announced work on November 13. However, the Embassy will be closed to the public on Friday, November 10, in observance of Veterans' Day.

The Senate is closed during the ASEAN Summit. It will resume regular sessions on November 16.

Work in government offices within the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) complex is suspended for one week, from November 8 to 15, in preparation for the ASEAN Summit and Related Meetings.
