Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, March 23) — President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered the arrest of the operator of the bus involved in a deadly crash in Occidental Mindoro.

"Pinahuli ni PRRD (President Rodrigo Roa Duterte) operator and pinahuli nya ang lahat ng colorum," Special Assistant to the President Bong Go said on Friday.

[Translation: President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered the arrest of the operator, and all colorum vehicles.]

Duterte ordered this after a unit of bus company Dimple Star fell into a cliff Tuesday night. The crash killed 19 people and injured 21 others.

The bus was bound for Manila from San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.

The President visited the site of the bus crash in Sablayan Occidental Mindoro Friday afternoon. He also visited wounded passengers and attended the wake of those who died in the incident.

Aside from the Dimple Star bus operator, Duterte also ordered the arrest of all colorum vehicles nationwide.

"Nationwide. Yes. Tapusin na natin itong problema na ito. Salot sa buhay natin," Go quoted the President as saying.

[Translation: Nationwide. Yes, let's finish this problem. It's a burden to us.]

Earlier today, transport regulators suspended the entire fleet of Dimple Star due to a number of violations and crashes.

Dimple Star is required to  surrender the license plates of all its 118 buses by March 26th.
