Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, August 3) — San Miguel Beermen's  June Mar Fajardo has added another hardware to his growing collection of accolades in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).

The team's big man nabbed the Best Player of the Conference (BPC) honor Friday at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum, right before Game 4 of the Commissioner's Cup finals.

This is Fajardo's seventh BPC award, the most number in PBA history.

The 6-foot-10 Cebuano native Fajardo garnered 1,153 points which were calculated from stats, media, players, and PBA votes.

He edged out Alaska Aces' Vic Manuel with 766 points, GlobalPort Batang Pier's Stanley Pringle and Sean Antony with 545 and 384 points, respectively. Meralco Bolts' Chris Newsome had 360 points.
