Thirdy Ravena, who was named Finals Most Valuable Player, offered the title to their fans and graduating team captain Anton Asistio.

"We just did it for the Ateneo community and for Anton," he said in a post-game interview.

Ravena said they did not let the mammoth crowd affect their approach to the game.

"Coming into the game, we knew a lot of people will watch. But what's important was that we did our jobs individually and collectively," he said

"We can't let the crowd or the atmosphere get to us because we have a goal," he added.

Ravena dropped a career-high 38 points, six rebounds and six assists.

"My mission was to give everything that I can. I didn't really expect to score. It just came that my shots were falling in," he said.
